It’s not often that an international touring band starts their trek around Australia in Perth, but that’s exactly what Muse did on the weekend – filling 13,000 seats at Perth Arena.
It’s the first of six Australian shows. The stage comprised of a giant pyramid of LED screens, mind-bending laser patterns, smoke effects and explosive sound, which earned the band extensive praise of having “the perfect mix of showmanship and spectacle.”
Opening the show were ARIA nominees Birds of Tokyo who received a thunderous welcome from their hometown crowd.
If the response from their first show is anything to go by, you do not want to miss seeing them for yourself! They play an all ages show at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Tuesday 10 December and tickets are still available through Ticketek.
