Among the talent being showcased at Broadbeach Jazz Festival, Nicole Parker-Brown will deliver passion, up-beat energy and her special brand of kitschy and classic jazz.
Moved by the stories of struggle and strength and inspired by the likes of Nina Simone, Ella Fitgerald, Bessi Smith, she brings modern songs and turns them into a unique and diverse style of jazz. She’s worked and travelled in London and Europe and played shows with the late Wiley Reed who encouraged her to keep building her musical career.
Nicole will hit the Niecon Plaza stage on Saturday 15 August and the Surf Parade stage on Sunday 16 with her full band ‘The Late Late Show’. For more on the Festival, visit broadbeachjazz.com.
