Hot off the press today is the announcement that by arrangement with the Byron Bay Bluesfest, funk royalty George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic will be joining Red Hot Chili Peppers on their instantly sold-out Australian 2019 tour, with the exception of the Hobart performance.
The Chili Peppers’ love and respect for George Clinton goes back more than three decades with the P-Funk legend producing the band’s early funk period album, 1985’s ‘Freaky Styley’.
Live Nation has worked with Red Hot Chili Peppers’ production team in making it possible to release additional tickets for most shows today. A final 500 tickets have been released for all Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane shows, as well as 200 tickets in Hobart.
If you missed out on tickets, jump on this one now peeps! Red Hot Chili Peppers will be at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 February 2019 and your final release tickets can be purchased here through Ticketek.
