It seems as though everyone is announcing a tour at the moment. And in the midst of it all comes a surprise announcement. Stone Sour will head to Australia in August to play a short three date run down the East Coast hitting Melbourne, Sydney and finishing up right here in Brisbane, all at the comfort of one of the best venues at our disposal, Eatons Hill Hotel.
They will take to Australian ground for the first time since they played our once glorious festival Soundwave back in 2013. And it will be their first headline tour in Brisbane in a very long time. By the time the boys hit the stages here in Australia they will have just released their brand new album Hydrograd, so expect to see some new stuff flaunted that night. And in the wake of this release they have just let loose a brand new single Fabuless, a song that brings back some of their heavier roots.
Like I said, it has been a long time since we’ve seen Stone Sour headline a show in Brisbane, so tickets will be flying out the door, grab one while you can.
Stone Sour will play Eatons Hill Hotel Brisbane on 30 August.
