Bec Sandridge is hitting the road in March for a national tour in support of her new EP In The Fog. But before she does that, she’ll hit OzFest at Miami Tavern.
Her national tour announcement (with a string of awesome supports) comes on the back of the announcement that In The Fog will also be released on vinyl.
The EP has received a tonne of love at triple j and community radio stations. She rounded out 2016 with support slots for Montaigne, Cub Sport and Highasakite as well as appearances at Yours & Owls, Fairgrounds Festival and Festival of the Sun. Our music coordinator said Bec’s BIGSOUND appearances were “on point”.
But if you haven’t yet caught her playing hits from the new EP, you have a special chance when she joins a killer lineup of all-Australian acts for OzFest at Miami Tavern this weekend.
Now in its fourth straight year, Ozfest has established itself as one of the best pop-up festivals in Queensland. Last year’s lineup included bangin’ sets from Art vs Science and Birds of Tokyo. In addition to Bec Sandridge, this year’s lineup features Ball Park Music, British India, Urthboy, Hockey Dad, Luke Million and Bleach Girls.
There’s still a few tickets available, but be warned that early bird tickets sold out very early.
Bec’s EP In The Fog was released digitally and on CD in November. The vinyl release hits the streets 17 March with an exclusive remix of lead single In The Fog, In the Flame by Xavier Dunn.
