Buskers by the Creek shakes up the Gold Coast this weekend

This weekend, at the Gold Coast’s Currumbin Creek, come and enjoy the award-winning Buskers by the Creek festival as it returns bigger and better than ever, from 18-20 October.

With an aim to make this year’s festival the most diverse festival in Buskers by the Creek history, event organisers have created an exciting and fitting line-up of entertainers for the 2019 theme, ‘Loveland’.

In celebration of the old-fashioned art of busking, this family-friendly event, which has earned a reputation as a world-leading busking festival since launching in 2014, is expected to attract more than 300 local, national and international acts and 20,000-plus people across its three days.

BBTC has earned a reputation as a world-leading busking festival since launching in 2014. The event program will start on Friday October 18 with the well-known ‘Battle of the Buskers’.

On fourteen different stages there will be non-stop, thrilling entertainment across the entire weekend, showcasing artists like Space Cowboy, a sideshow celebrity and world record holder with an appearance on Australia’s Got Talent, Kiki Bittovabitsch, a laugh worthy comedy act designed to smiles to all, Melon the Human, a jaw dropping experience brought to you by previous Cirque du Soleil performer, and much, much more.
