A chance exists for Gold Coast music lovers to support the GC music scene by, well… supporting the GC music scene! Sounds simple, huh!
Loose Change is a gig with a difference, fundraising for community campaigning to save Gold Coast’s live music scene. The show will be headlined by Gold Coast Music Awards People’s Choice winners Being Jane Lane.
Being Jane Lane comprises five Brisbane and Gold Coast-based punk chicks who have been going from strength to strength since getting together in 2013. This year’s win at the Gold Coast Music Awards cemented their reputation for being a truly talented grass roots act which is growing its fan base through strong performances and great tunes. The music industry is also taking note, with the kick-ass women being added to this year’s Dead of Winter Festival lineup.
Recently signed to Human Records after releasing their first EP, 2017 looks to be a massive year for this melodic punk act.
Huntington, Emily Jane and Psyfye will round out the sets at Loose Change.
Head to Currumbin Pub on 27 May from 8.00pm for the Loose Change Fundraiser. Tickets here.
