Sydney’s renowned food emporium, Salt Meats Cheese, will open in The 4217, Surfer’s Paradise, within the next two weeks.
Using the ‘Salt Meats Cheese’ theme from the Sydney store, there will be a dedicated cheese and meat room, with the finest imported and local artisan cheeses as well as a selection of charcuterie and artisan salt. You can also buy everything you need – the flour, the Mutti tomatoes, the hand-stretched mozzarella – to make that pizza at home.
There will be a range of eating options available, from panino, wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta to healthy salads. The Surfers’ Salt Meats Cheese store will feature a similar roster of cooking classes, where customers can learn how to butcher meat, make pizza or pasta.
Queensland’s first Salt Meats Cheese franchisee is Italian Alessandro Vicinanza and his partner Korine Skinner. Vicinanza had previously managed the Meat Room within the Alexandria store for more than a year.
4217 is in the old Transit Centre building, on Beach Road, Surfers Paradise.
